Discussions about our businesses and the ideas that were generated that could improve the efficiencies further. Networking with other practise partners was great and enjoyed the Technolofy session re: the practice management tools. Interesting discussion on fixed price agreements.
The tools, the case study and the discussions
The size of the event allowed for good interaction between all participants. The down-to-earth discussions and openness of participants leads to a better understanding of our own business and that we are all fairly similar in our day-to-day challenges.
